1. Condition After Delivery
Once the product has been delivered and accepted in good condition, responsibility for any damage, deterioration, or misuse passes to the customer. We are not liable for damage that occurs after receipt, including accidental damage, improper installation, wear and tear, or unauthorised modification.
We strongly advise customers to inspect their order immediately upon delivery.
2. Reporting Damage on Delivery
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods. This requirement is consistent with UK consumer law, which allows businesses to request timely reporting so that issues can be verified.
To assess the claim, we may request:
Clear photographs or video of the damage
Images of the packaging and delivery label
A description of the issue
Proof of purchase
Failure to provide sufficient evidence may affect our ability to process the claim.
3. Assessment & Remedy
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if goods are proven to have arrived damaged or faulty, we will provide an appropriate remedy. This may include repair or replacement, offered at our discretion, depending on the nature of the defect and the evidence provided.
Where damage is clearly caused after delivery, we are not obliged to offer repair, replacement, or refund.
4. Exclusions
We do not accept returns or provide remedies for:
Damage occurring after delivery
Accidental damage
Wear and tear
Incorrect installation or use
Unauthorised repairs or modifications
Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect function (unless agreed prior to purchase)
5. Final Decision
All decisions regarding repair, replacement, or rejection of a claim are made following our assessment and are final, provided they comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
